Application & Hiring

Browse open positions on our careers site and click "Apply Now" on any role that interests you. You'll be directed to our iCIMS application portal where you can submit your resume, complete the application form, and answer a few screening questions. Applications are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days.

Our interview process typically includes a phone screening followed by one or two in-person or virtual interviews. For hourly roles, you'll often meet with the hiring manager. For management and corporate roles, you may meet with multiple team members. We aim to make decisions quickly and keep you informed throughout the process.

Yes! Our waterparks and some family entertainment centers hire seasonal associates, typically from late spring through early fall. Many seasonal associates return year after year, and some transition into year-round roles at our bowling centers or other locations.

After submitting your application, you'll receive a confirmation email. Our hiring team will review your qualifications and reach out if your experience matches the role. If selected to move forward, we'll contact you to schedule an interview. Even if you're not selected for a specific role, your application stays in our system for future opportunities.

Yes. We offer competitive compensation across all roles, including hourly, tipped, salaried, and commissioned positions. Pay rates vary by position, location, and experience. Many of our tipped positions (bartenders, servers) earn well above base wage with tips included.

Absolutely! All associates receive discounts on food, beverages, and experiences across Lucky Strike, Bowlero, AMF, and our waterparks & family entertainment centers. You'll also receive complimentary bowling at our locations.

Work Environment & Culture

Schedules vary by role and location. Hourly positions often include evenings, weekends, and flexible part-time options. Management and corporate roles typically follow full-time schedules with some evening/weekend needs for special events. Many corporate positions are fully remote or hybrid.

In some cases, yes! Depending on proximity and scheduling needs, some associates work at multiple nearby locations. This is more common for hourly roles and can provide additional hours and variety.

Yes! We promoted more than 700 associates last year. We actively promote from within and offer clear career pathways from hourly to management to corporate roles. Many of our general managers and corporate leaders started as hourly associates.

Absolutely. All new hires receive comprehensive onboarding and role-specific training. We also offer ongoing development programs, leadership training, and skills development opportunities to help you grow in your career.

Yes! Current associates can explore internal opportunities across our Lucky Strike, Bowlero, AMF, waterpark, and FEC locations through our Internal Careers portal. We encourage internal mobility and support associates looking to grow in new roles or relocate.

Specific Roles

No! Most of our associates had never bowled professionally before joining us. We provide all the training you need. What matters most is your hospitality mindset, energy, and willingness to learn.

Lifeguard positions require current CPR/AED and Lifeguard certifications. If you don't have them yet, many of our waterpark locations offer certification courses at the start of the season. Check with the specific location when applying.

Many corporate positions are fully remote, while others are hybrid or based in our Miami, FL office. Each job posting specifies the work arrangement. We're committed to flexibility where it makes sense for the role.

Sales roles focus on booking group events, corporate parties, birthday celebrations, and special occasions. You'll work with clients to create custom packages, coordinate event details, and ensure seamless execution. It combines relationship-building with creativity and event planning.
